What does it cost?
Nothing to join. A 10% referral fee on room revenue, only for stays that are completed, invoiced monthly. No fee on cancellations or no-shows. OTAs typically charge 15–18%.
Who takes the booking and the payment?
You do. Guests book on your own website, or send a request your team confirms. Your hotel is always the seller, and guests pay at the hotel.
My hotel is already on Wuslah. What does Listed mean?
We built a short page from your official website so assistants have something accurate to read. Its facts are marked Draft until you confirm them. Joining makes you Participating: confirmed facts, your logo and photos, and booking requests.
How do booking requests work?
Opening soon. An assistant sends a request through Wuslah; your reservations team confirms, declines or offers an alternative; the guest gets your confirmation number. Until then, assistants send guests to your own booking page.
What are member rates? Is our rate parity safe?
Optional rates you offer only to verified Wuslah members. They are never public: not on any page and not in our data files. You decide if and when.
What about guarantees and no-shows?
You choose: send guests your own card-guarantee link, or ask for no guarantee. Wuslah never touches card data.
Can we leave?
Any time. Tell us and your page goes back to Listed.
